Hi. I made this over the weekend, and we enjoyed it a lot. I liked the amount of cranberries you have in this recipe, but I made a second batch with only 1/2 of the cranberries called for, and it was just as good. The actual “bread” part of this is just great – not heavy like some sweet breads I have made in the past. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I’m going to make it part of my holiday baking from now on using the whole amount of the cranberrys you used in the recipe. I’m newly married and we are “making traditions”, and this is just a such a good one to start with.
