This flatbread is my new god. It’s days before I get payed and I’ve run out of food and money, so I made this because I always have these ingredients! Though I subbed in oil for shortening and I added some mixed herbs and rosemary. And now my cat is trying to steal a piece, it’s that good.

try using mineral water or sparkling water instead of plain water.

These were great, very quick to make and flakey. The could be improved a little bit but i am not sure how, maybe i needed to roll them thinner?
